With a decade of experience in technical product management and consulting, Keerti brings strategic thinking, creativity, and calm leadership to every wedding she touches. She began planning celebrations in 2019 and has since built a logistics-first, guest-centered approach that keeps even the most complex days running without a hitch.
Keerti is a big-picture thinker — her job is making sure everyone is where they need to be and everything unfolds exactly as planned. She's led 20+ events including destination weddings, proposals, and milestone celebrations spanning multiple cultural traditions.
A natural problem-solver and lifelong adventurer, Keerti has traveled to all 7 continents and 35+ countries. That global perspective — paired with a deep love for food, nature, music, and design — shapes celebrations that feel thoughtful, seamless, and entirely unforgettable.
Miti is a pharmacist with an MBA who has always been the person everyone calls first. Weddings, bridal showers, proposals, milestone birthdays — her meticulous attention to detail and warm, guest-centered approach have a way of turning ideas into experiences people talk about for years.
Where Keerti holds the vision, Miti sweats every detail — and thinks carefully about every person in the room. She's passionate about the thoughtful gestures and intentional touches that make a celebration feel deeply personal, not just well-executed.
When she's not planning, you'll find her discovering a new coffee shop, experimenting in the kitchen, or traveling somewhere new — always collecting inspiration for her next curated event.
Together, they balance strategy and heart, vision and detail, creating events that feel as joyful as they look.
Pataaka — a Hindi word for fireworks, and a blend of the founders' names, Patel + Kalra — was born from a shared vision between two longtime friends who saw a gap in the wedding industry and decided to fill it.
The idea sparked during their first joint event in 2021. By 2024, Pataaka Productions was official — and the response has been everything they hoped for.
Both Keerti and Miti come from South Asian heritage and bring a lived understanding of multicultural celebrations — the layered traditions, the family dynamics, the details that matter deeply but often go unspoken. That cultural fluency, combined with their corporate-honed strategic and operational thinking, is what makes Pataaka different.
They've worked 20+ events ranging from intimate gatherings to celebrations with 450+ guests, with 35+ vendors.
